Help My Father, Dastaiah, Continue His Treatment for Advanced Tongue Cancer

My name is Sunnala Srisailam, and I am raising funds for my father, Sunnala Dasaiah (52), from Mahabubnagar, Telangana.

For more than a year and a half, my father has been battling tongue cancer. A farmer for most of his life, he worked hard to support our family and provide us with a better future. Since his diagnosis, he has been undergoing treatment at Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Hyderabad.

Until now, the treatment expenses were covered through the Aarogyasri scheme, which helped us continue his care for many months. However, over the last few months, his condition has become more serious, and doctors have advised that he continue treatment with immunotherapy and chemotherapy.

The Aarogyasri coverage that supported my father's treatment has now been exhausted, while his treatment still needs to continue. We consulted doctors regarding the next course of treatment, and the estimated cost is approximately ₹4,90,000.

I work as a Physical Science teacher in a school in Mahabubnagar, and my elder sibling is currently taking care of our father full-time. As a family, we have done our best to support his treatment over the past one and a half years, but the cost of continuing treatment is beyond what we can manage on our own.

My father has already fought this disease with courage for more than eighteen months, and we want to continue giving him the treatment that doctors have recommended. At this stage, your support can make a real difference in helping him continue his treatment without interruption.
