Help 8-Year-Old Vanshika Fight Relapsed Blood Cancer

In 2025, during the Bonalu festival, our family’s life changed when Vanshika was diagnosed with blood cancer. What followed was a long and difficult journey of treatment. She has already undergone a Bone Marrow Transplant and continues to receive chemotherapy and radiotherapy at MNJ Institute of Oncology and Cancer Research Centre, Hyderabad.

Sadly, her cancer has now relapsed, and doctors have advised continued chemotherapy and further medical procedures, including Bone Marrow Aspiration again. Her treatment is ongoing, intensive and extremely expensive.

Until recently, Vanshika was a cheerful, active 8-year-old who loved playing, laughing and spending time with her family. Today, she is spending much of her time in hospitals and undergoing painful treatments. Yet, despite everything she has been through, she continues to fight with incredible courage.

As her father, I am doing everything I can to support her. I work as a delivery person and work long hours to provide for my family. But the cost of her treatment is far beyond what I can manage on my own.

Her ongoing treatment is expected to cost around ₹10,00,000, with chemotherapy alone costing approximately ₹4,00,000 every month. The expenses include chemotherapy, post-transplant medicines, radiotherapy, hospitalisation, investigations and other essential medical care.
