Help Save Our 16-Year-Old Son After a Devastating Road Accident

Our 16-year-old son Kurra Shyam Charan, has met with a devastating road accident that has changed our lives overnight. He is currently admitted to the emergency department in critical condition, fighting through unbearable pain.

The accident caused a severe open fracture of his femur (thigh bone). The bone was completely broken and pierced through the skin, resulting in heavy blood loss and a very high risk of life-threatening infection.

Doctors have informed us that he requires immediate major orthopaedic surgery, during which metal rods will be implanted to stabilize the fractured bone. Following the surgery, he will need intensive medical care, medications, and close monitoring in the ICU.

The estimated cost of his treatment, including surgery, hospitalization, ICU care, medicines, and rehabilitation, is ₹10 lakhs.

We are a middle-class family, and arranging such a large amount in such a short time is beyond our financial capacity. As parents, it is heartbreaking to watch our child suffer while struggling to arrange the funds needed to save his life.
